The best possible place there to put LBX script is in a <head> section in HTML. This will slightly help to load LBX settings faster and it may help to avoid problems with blocking our settings (for example inserting LBX script via CDM - "googletagmanager" - may cause problems that some desktop addons will block LBX script and LuigisBox search will not work)
