What are redirects?
If you are utilizing our search services, we advise against using redirects to another query. Instead, we recommend leveraging the new Rewrite query feature and using Redirects for URL addresses only.
Use-cases:
Non-product queries: Addressing queries unrelated to products in the catalog, such as returns, delivery options, and privacy policy.
Seasonal campaigns: Redirecting users to dedicated pages showcasing the latest campaigns or promotions. based on specific keywords.
Location-based redirects: Directing users to location-specific content, such as regional store addresses or local promotion pages.
