Feed forbidden

We have tried to download the feed, but your server told us we were not allowed to do so. There are usually two causes for this:

• You are using IP-based protection, where you explicitly allow only certain IP addresses to download your data feed. If this is the case, either remove the IP restrictions if possible or contact support@luigisbox.com to help set up IP restrictions related to Luigi's Box systems.

• If your feed requires a username and password to access, simply update the feed URL to include them.
  
  Instead of https://example.com/feeds/merchant.xml use https://user:password@example.com/feeds/merchant.xml. Replace the user and password with your specific user and password.
