What is happening

Firewall, proxy, or security layer interference
How to resolve the issue
Check server and SSL configuration. Verify that your server’s SSL/TLS certificates are valid, correctly installed, and not expired.
Test endpoint accessibility. Confirm that the feed or API endpoint is reachable from external networks.
Review security layers and limits. Ensure no rate limits, IP blocks, or throttling rules are triggered. Check any intermediary layers (e.g., Cloudflare, reverse proxies, CDN, WAF).
