What is happening

Our system has detected an unusual decrease in the number of items in your data compared to the last successful update.

To prevent processing potentially incorrect data, synchronization is automatically paused when there’s a drop of more than 30%.

Please note: this may concern any item type including products, categories, brands, or even articles.

How to resolve the issue
