Please verify that your PrestaShop API is working correctly and that our API key has all the required permissions.
💡 You can try accessing the API endpoint locally on your PC. If the content loads, it likely means the API key is correct. However, you’ll still need to verify that all individual endpoints are accessible.
Confirm that the API endpoint is reachable from external networks and that our IP addresses are not blocked.
💡 Even if the endpoint works locally for you, it doesn’t necessarily mean our IP addresses can reach it as well. Please check that our IPs aren’t blocked or rate-limited by any firewall or security tool (e.g., Cloudflare), and that they aren’t blacklisted.
