Assisted vs Direct conversions

Assisted conversions:

• The conversion did not happen directly in Luigi’s Box autocomplete or search results but they assisted the customer to find the right place to search for the right product in some way.

• Search was used and there was a click within search results (mainly onto a category, brand) and afterwards a conversion event was recorded within the same session.

Direct conversions:

• Based on a sequence of using search and directly converting from autocomplete or search results page within the same session.

• Luigi’s Box directly motivated the user to add the product to their shopping cart.
